Hans, you inspired me. You are a true artist and symphony director on set. 

Though you know it not, my style of creative leadership was influenced by observing your passion and technical capability on set. It's why I am so hands-on and visceral with my own crews. You reminded me of my love for photography, how to lead and inspire talent, while also demonstrating a beautiful lesson on the craft and it's capabilities.

Truly impressed by your grace and humble demeanor. Not only were you an incredible director, your charm at lunch and tolerance of my friend's bad Swiss jokes (one day Tomo, one day. I grew up in Europe... as if I couldn't read the swear words, ha. He did smile though thankfully! See, grace). To this day Hans, your body of work continues to inspire me. Keep going, others utilize your mind for inspiration.
